 Amy is an analytical and strategic thinker who is able to effectively identify and leverage market trends to develop targeted recruitment strategies.  She is an excellent communicator and collaborator. She is able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization to understand their needs and goals, and to develop recruitment plans that align with those objectives.
